For students who graduated before 2025, you will request your transcript through Parchment. If you need help requesting a transcript through Parchment, please email carrie_robbins@lovejoyisd.net.

Class of 2025

Final transcripts will be available June 16. If you need a transcript for college orientation, please print a copy of your midyear transcript from Xello. Colleges are aware that final transcripts are not available until several weeks after graduation. Once you know where you are attending college, please request your final transcript in Xello, and your counselor will send it when it is available. Your final transcript only needs to be sent to the college you will be attending. June 17 is the last workday before summer break for counselors so please request your final transcript no later than June 13. If you request a final transcript while counselors are on summer break, it will be processed upon their return in July. Make the final transcript request in Xello as soon as you know where you are attending college.

Class of 2026

Transcript Timeline:

- Initial transcript will be available August 1, 2025

- Midyear transcript will be available February 2, 2026

- Final transcript will be available June 17, 2026
