Lovejoy ISD is pleased to welcome Stacy Needham as the new Assistant Principal of Lovejoy High School.
With more than 24 years of experience in education, Mrs. Needham has built a career centered on student achievement, meaningful relationships, and creating supportive learning environments where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Prior to joining Lovejoy ISD, Mrs. Needham served as Assistant Principal at Melissa High School in Melissa ISD. Her diverse background includes experience as a classroom teacher, coach, special education teacher, special education coordinator, and campus administrator. Mrs. Needham’s special education background strengthens her ability to support all learners and build strong connections with families and the school community. She is a collaborative leader who is committed to meeting the needs of both staff and students in meaningful and inclusive ways.
Mrs. Needham holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University.
She and her husband, Bradley, have three children: Trinity, Paisley, and Brody.
In her role as Assistant Principal, Mrs. Needham will work alongside students, staff, and families to promote a positive campus culture while supporting academic excellence, student growth, and meaningful engagement throughout Lovejoy High School.
