Lovejoy ISD is extremely fortunate to have strong family & community involvement. We value the partnerships that we share among our students, families, and stakeholders. Our administrative team is committed to providing a safe environment for all fans who choose to support our students participating in the various programs that perform on a Friday night. We want to take this opportunity to remind you of procedures that will be followed at all home games to ensure that Friday night football games are enjoyable for everyone involved.

Student Expectations:

Students will be expected to remain in the stands during the game. Kindergarten - 4th Grade students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the game and sit with their parent/guardian during the game. SCIS students (5th/6th grade) are allowed to sit in the middle school student section and must have a parent present at the game. WSMS and LHS students can sit in their respective student sections. Students will not be allowed to congregate below and around the stadium stands. Administrators will be present behind the stands and in common areas. They will be supervising these areas and instructing students to either watch the game from the stands (see specific instructions above) or move to the appropriate concessions line.

Leopard Stadium: Additional Rules & Expectations:

• Any type of ball, frisbee, or related item is not allowed in Leopard Stadium and should be left at home.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Leopard Stadium

• Once your ticket has been scanned and you have entered the stadium, you will not be allowed to leave the stadium and re-enter (this applies to both general admission and season ticket holders).

• Please remember alcohol and tobacco products are not allowed on LISD properties

• Air horns are prohibited per UIL rules

• NEW: Leopard Stadium will also have a Clear Bag Policy this year for home football games. Please click on this link to view the Clear Bag Informational Poster.

• Please recycle all bottles and cans in the blue recycling bins.  Put all trash in gray bins.  

Ticketing:

• Tickets will be available for purchase during the week of the game on the Athletics website

• To expedite admission into the stadium, please download your ticket to your phone prior to arriving so our ticket takers can quickly scan your ticket

• Stadium gates open one hour prior to game time

Shuttle/Overflow Parking:

• Once the Lovejoy High School General Parking lots become full, patrons will drive to one of three available off-site shuttle locations and dropped in front of the main ticket booth at Leopard Stadium

  • Grace Church: 2005 Estates Parkway, Lucas, TX 75002

  • Willow Springs Middle School: 1101 West Lucas Rd, Lucas, TX 75002

  • Hart Elementary School: 450 Country Club Rd, Lucas, TX 75002

• Shuttle Service will begin at 6:00PM and run throughout the duration of the football game, until all patrons have been returned to their vehicle

• This service will be offered for all LHS Varsity Football Games hosted at Leopard Stadium

• Please DO NOT park in the grass, Fire Lanes, or any other area that isn't designated as a parking space

Seating:

• Section A: Middle School Student/ General Admission

• Section B: General Admission

• Sections C-F: Reserved Seating

• Section G: Fine Arts

• Section H: Band Section

• Section I: LHS Student Section
