I have been teaching high school mathematics since 1983, joining the Lovejoy High School staff in 2009. I have a bachelors degree in Mathematics and English from Stephen F. Austin State University. I love teaching AP Calculus and helping students achieve their potential in mathematics.
I enjoy the outdoors and spend a lot of time riding my bicycle on the bike trails in McKinney. My wife, Deneen, also teaches math at LHS, and we have two grown children, both of whom work in education. Our son is a photography/journalism teacher, and our daughter is a school psychologist.
