Cheryl Anderson

I was born and reared right here in Dallas and was a paralegal for 16 years prior to teaching.  I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2004 with a Master of Arts in the Humanities – Major in Studies in Literature. I've taught at Lovejoy since 2006.  I also taught at University of Phoenix for 13 years (2005-2018) and currently teach at Southern Arkansas University.  My husband, Guy, and I have been married for since 1988.  We have three boys (Trey, Max, and Will) who all graduated from Lovejoy High School (2012, 2015, and 2017 respectively) Trey is currently the Testing Center Coordinator at Lovejoy High School.  Max is beginning law school at UT this Fall, and Will is a senior at UT studying History while obtaining his teaching certification.  We live at Rosedale Farm, a 52-acre hay farm in Hunt County with our three dogs and three cats!
