Kellie English

Hello! I started teaching in 2010 and came to Lovejoy in 2012. I currently teach Advanced Quantitative Reasoning (AQR) and Algebra 1, but throughout my teaching career, I've had experience teaching all high school courses up to PreCal! I also coached for the first ten years of my career, my main sport being basketball, but also gained experience coaching track, volleyball, and golf along the way. 

 

I am originally from central Texas, graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor where I played four years of basketball, majored in Exercise and Sport Science, and minored in Math. In 2017, I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M. I have been married to my husband since summer of 2014 and we have a seven year old, a four year old, and two pets; a cat and an extremely spoiled golden retriever! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, playing games, and crafting!
